Training
Training is key to success and is the foundation of an athlete's performance. At Aspley Little Athletics, our athletes have access to QUALIFIED COACHES who will help them to achieve their best.
Training sessions are included in your annual membership fees.
Please be aware that coaches are unable to provide instruction during our weekly Centre competitions meets. We recommend that athletes attend our scheduled training sessions on a regular basis to improve and refine their skills.

Things to bring/wear to training
- ADULT SUPERVISION :-)
- Water bottle
- Comfortable clothing that allows you to run, jump and throw easily
- Well-fitting sports shoes
- Insect repellent
- A good attitude!
Training Schedule
First afternoon of training for our 2024-25 season is Monday 2nd September 2024.
Our training runs from September through to March every Monday and Wednesday afternoon. Sessions cover a full range of events and are designed to assist children of varying ages and ability levels.
Currently, due to our field lighting being replaced, we can offer the below training timetable. As we progress into Summer, the day light hours will get longer, and we may be able to either increase the duration of training sessions, or change the time period of training sessions.
